These refill scents are designed for use with the KOHLER® Purefresh toilet seat. Simply slide a packet into the filter compartment to release its light, subtle fragrance. Avocado Spa is a fresh green blend of aromatic citrus, melon, apple, and pear rounded out with soft accents of tropical jasmine and rose.
