These refill scents are designed for use with the Purefresh toilet seat - simply slide a packet into the filter compartment to release its light, subtle fragrance. Garden Waterfall is a fresh, fruity blend of peach, orange and apple accented with soft floral notes of orchid, jasmine and violet and a hint of vanilla.
