Designed by late architect and artist, Zaha Hadid, the 45-story Leeza SOHO tower is an anchor of the bustling Fengtai business district. A diverse mixture of shops and offices surround the world’s tallest twisting atrium at the building’s core.

Straddled over the underground subway service tunnel, the building is ingeniously split into two halves and connected by a giant atrium that acts as a public space, lets in natural light, provides unparalleled views of the city, and creates the illusion of both sides of the tower moving together in a synchronized dance.

Thanks to the double-insulated glass facade, a green roof, and sustainable KOHLER® bathroom products, the one-of-a-kind building has earned a LEED Gold certification.

Uniquely spherical KOHLER Patio™ urinals offer a streamlined look and powerful water savings with consumption limited to .5 gpm (1.9 lpm). KOHLER® Veil™ one-piece toilets are modern and minimalistic, complementing the surrounding atmosphere.

Sleek and contemporary KOHLER Oblo™ faucets offer touch-free hand washing and pair gracefully with geometric KOHLER Verticyl™ rectangular undermount sinks.
