Art deco elegance abounds at Royce Hotel in Melbourne, Australia. This five-star hotel takes its name from the historic building in which it’s located—the first Rolls-Royce showroom on the Australian continent. Built in the 1920s, this showroom was widely regarded as one of the most beautiful in the world, exuding the luxurious, classic art deco features of the era.

When the building was remodeled into Royce Hotel, art deco features were kept alive and highlighted throughout the property, including in the guest bathrooms with the incorporation of KOHLER® products. Polished Chrome finishes adorn the property, including the bathrooms, echoing the chrome of the luxury vehicles that once occupied the space. KOHLER Components™ faucet in Polished Chrome, featuring the Tube spout and Oyl handles, elevates the design of the bathrooms. The Components Oyl handles are also used in the shower to control the Contemporary Round rainhead. The Components collection has interchangeable spouts, handles and finishes, which allowed the designers to create the unique combination that hearkened back to the 1920s while updating the look for the modern era.
