KOHLER, Wis. – Feb. 19, 2019 – Kohler Co., a global lifestyle brand, introduces PureWarmth, a heated and LED-enabled nightlight toilet seat that offers an easy and affordable toilet upgrade. And an upgrade well aligned with consumer demand, according to a 2018 study by Houzz that revealed high tech warming as a top trend in the bathroom industry.
With both convenience and comfort at the forefront of its design, PureWarmth provides a warming feature and a guiding night light in a slim, discreet design.
To accommodate individuals' unique comfort levels, PureWarmth offers extensive personalization options, including three adjustable warmth settings, a variety of nightlight color options, and varied nightlight brightness levels.
"Heated toilet seats elevate your experience in the bathroom much like heated seats in your car make your drive more enjoyable," says Jerry Bougher, Kohler product manager for toilet seats. “Allowing you to adjust the temperature and lighting makes the experience a more personal one. The combination of light and warmth can also aid in the potty-training routine or for anyone with temperature sensitivity, making the toilet a more comfortable experience.”
As the newest addition to Kohler's popular collection of Smart Home products, PureWarmth will include connectivity through an app-enabled system as well as key features such as a quiet-close seat and grip-tight bumpers for noise reduction. Through the PureWarmth with KOHLER Konnect app, users can control the temperature, timing of the heat as well as duration, and lighting with the ability to program.
