Kohler extended its Color of Nature campaign with The Desert Chapter, a captivating booth designed in collaboration with Marco Maximus and inspired by the rich colors and adventurous spirit of the Arabian Desert.
Crafted with locally sourced materials, shaped by sustainable brand partnerships, and layered with immersive storytelling, the installation explores how color, craft, and cultural context can shape design that resonates emotionally and environmentally.

As part of our Downtown Design Dubai programming, Kohler partnered with the Council for International Accreditation of Architecture and Design (CIAAD), the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), and the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI) to host a hands-on workshop exploring cultural identity and sustainable design.
Designers and students engaged in immersive sessions focused on creative thinking, material innovation, and heritage-inspired concepts. The energy was palpable as participants were inspired by the opportunity to co-create with global design leaders in a meaningful exchange.
The ideas sparked here will continue to shape Dubai’s creative future and empower the next generation of design thinkers.
